Jonette and two other pleasure boats are tied up to mooring facilities at Reid Harbor on Stuart Island, San Juan Archipelago, August 1956. This was one of 10 moorages built and maintained by the Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission. No charge was made for the service, which made the state parks and other recreation areas accessible to small-boat enthusiasts.
